Currently, Fastly AI requires an internet connection to analyze photos. Our AI models run in the cloud to provide the most accurate and up-to-date diagnostics. We're exploring offline capabilities for areas with limited connectivity.

No! Photo-based diagnostics work without any extra hardware. However, if you have a Bluetooth OBD-II adapter, Fastly AI can read and decode your vehicle's trouble codes for even more detailed analysis.
If our AI isn't confident in a diagnosis, it will tell you and suggest what to check next. Pro and Garage users can submit unclear cases for expert review. Your feedback helps us improve for everyone.
Absolutely. Your photos and vehicle data are processed securely and never shared with dealerships, insurers, or third parties. We only use imagery to improve our AI if you explicitly opt in. You can delete your data anytime.
