• Pay the fees for your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fastly AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of vehicle diagnostics or cost predictions

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

Our recommendations are for informational purposes and should not replace professional automotive advice when needed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fastly AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of vehicle value, repair costs, or data.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
